30 Days Return Warranty

At Virga Laidy, we take pride in the quality of our products and maintain strict quality control standards. To give you peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty.

Defective merchandise is eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Defects include, but are not limited to:

  • Stains

  • Zipper malfunctions

  • Ripped or torn fabric

  • Poor quality materials

  • Obvious color discrepancies

  • Significant differences between the item received and the item shown in photos

I. Return Process

If you experience any issues after receiving your item, please contact our customer service team at:

To ensure a fast and smooth process:

  • Provide your order number

  • Describe the issue clearly

  • Include photos that show the problem

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.

⚠️ Please do not return your item to the address on the package. Our team will provide the correct return address. Returns sent without approval from customer service will not be accepted.

II. Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Our friendly customer service team is always ready to help.

  • Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

The returned item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed)

  • Have all original tags and labels attached

Virga Laidy is fully or partially responsible for return costs in cases involving:

  • Stains

  • Zipper issues

  • Rips or tears

  • Poor-quality materials

  • Obvious color mismatches

  • Major discrepancies from product photos

❌ We do not accept returns for incorrect size due to personal preference.
❌ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
❌ Promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

III. Exchange & Refund

Once we receive your returned items, you will be eligible for a refund.

⚠️ We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

IV. Shipping Fees

Virga Laidy is not responsible for return shipping fees in the following cases:

  • Wrong size due to customer error

  • Personal preferences or disliking the item
