Dispatch

All in-stock items will be dispatched within 24–48 hours from the time the order is placed. Some specialty or pre-order items may require more time to ship — in such cases, customers will be notified accordingly. Please note that orders are typically shipped on weekdays only.


How Long for Shipment?

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

1) Processing Time:

1–7 Working Days

Note: Processing time may be extended if:

  • Top-selling products need customization or quality improvements

  • There are unexpected issues in our manufacturing process

If this occurs, we will notify you and may offer a partial refund for the shipping fee.

2) Shipping Time:

Note: Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, destination countries (especially locations outside the USA and Canada), extreme weather, international couriers, or other delays such as those caused by COVID-19. We kindly ask for your patience.

Important Notice:
Due to a previous executive order (e.g. Feb 5th, 2020), an additional $5 shipping fee may apply to certain orders due to an imposed 10% tariff. This change significantly impacted our shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and support during such challenging times.

Shipping Times and Tracking

All items are shipped via postal services or DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you wish to monitor the location of your package, it is your responsibility to follow up directly with the carrier using your tracking number.


Customs / Acceptance of Delivery

Customers are responsible for arranging delivery acceptance based on their selected shipping method. If a package needs to be redelivered, the customer must organize and pay for this service.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
Virga Laidy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address and cannot offer refunds or replacements in such cases.


Return to Sender

If your parcel is automatically returned to us by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Please note: We cannot issue refunds for parcels returned to sender.


Order Does Not Arrive

We encourage customers to track their parcels using the tracking number provided.
Virga Laidy is not liable for delivery failures caused by the postal service or DHL. While we are happy to assist, we are unable to offer refunds in these cases.

All parcels shipped via DHL require a signature upon delivery.
If you choose options like safe drop or signature release, ensure there is a secure location at your address.
Virga Laidy is not responsible for loss or theft if the postal service confirms successful delivery.


Customer Pick-Up

As Virga Laidy is an online-only store, we do not offer in-person order pick-ups or pre-purchase viewing.
